Phenomenal Rotisserie Dressing that can be used for a whole host of dishes. Sensational Flavors with some sweetness. The beautiful thing about this dressing is that it is built upon a base that can serve as the dressing just as is, or depending on how it is being used.
A Canadian Salad Dressing or Vinaigrette created right here in Ontario, Canada. I had no idea at the time that it would be so fantastic as a dressing. I was just simply trying out new things with it. Tasting the dressing, the AH moment was achieved. It is so good! Gave me goosebumps! Yeah, that happens with me, I get excited over foods. In any event, I’ll be testing this out in a few other places too.

This recipe uses a JAH Product: Rotisserie Seasoning ~ Juicy Chicken Delight!
Base Dressing
This is the base dressing or Vinaigrette for Mr Salad Dressing.
- Oil
- Vinegar
- Sugar
Pretty simple right. This is the dressing base and you may have seen it with how your grandfather or father use to eat cucumbers. With a bit of Salt & Pepper, and some vinegar. The addition of Oil is to turn this into a dressing and Salt comes from the seasoning.
Just slice some cucumbers up and let marinate in the base dressing with Salt & Pepper added. With or without the Oil.
Rotisserie Vinaigrette
This is the base dressing/vinaigrette plus seasoning to shape the direction of where you want the dressing to go. For Rotisserie Dressing, we add JAH Rotisserie Seasoning. This is an exceptional seasoning that adds some really sensational flavors to the dressing.

This Dressing I typically use for Rotisserie Salad – with or without Rotisserie Chicken. This is also very good for brushing meats.

Creamy Rotisserie Dressing
Add Mayo to the Base Vinaigrette to make a Creamy Dressing. Combine the Base Vinaigrette and mix well. Slowly Whisk into the Mayonnaise.

The creamy version I typically use for Rotisserie Pasta Salad, although this version is quite nice with a few other dishes as well, like Cucumber Salad.

Ingredients
- 1 C Neutral Oil
- 5-6 Tbl Vinegar
- 3 Tbl Sugar
- 1 Tbl JAH Rotisserie Seasoning
- 1/2 C Mayo - – or more
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together except the mayo and mix well.
- Place the mayo in a bowl that will hold all of the ingredients and slowly add in the Dressing into the Mayo while whisking.
