This recipe uses a Sweet Heat Sauce made with Mayo, Sugar, Yellow Mustard and Frank’s RedHot Sauce. Optionally, the Hot Sauce can be exchanged with a Piri Piri Sauce or Sriracha added to taste. You can also do just Mustard with a bit of Piri Piri Sauce added to taste.

How to make Chourico Kebab Wrap
Start by preparing the Chourico Kebabs, dicing at about 1 inch and letting marinate a full 24 hours.
Cook the Chourico Kebabs
Skewer the Meat with about 5 pieces per skewer and cook in a Rotisserie or the Oven. Use 2 Skewers for 1 Wrap. While that is cooking, prepare all the Vegetables, choice of Sauce and start the Steamer for the Pita Bread.
Steam the Pita Bread
Steam the Pita bread until softened and open up about 40 % and separate the layers to create a pocket.
Stuff with assorted Vegetables
Spread some of the sauce on the bottom and stuff with Vegetables.
Add more Sauce
Add more Sauce on top of the Vegetables. Salt & Pepper to taste if desired.
Add Chourico Kebabs
Add 2 Skewers of Chourico Kebabs and fold over the top flap. Tuck it in tight and roll to create the Chourico Kebab Wrap.
