Turkey Gravy Biscuits is a very nice dish that is like the hot turkey sandwich except we use biscuits instead of bread. You need leftover turkey over sliced biscuits and the leftover turkey gravy ladled over top. You can include a frozen vegetable mix of diced carrots, onions, and green peas too.
Ingredients for Turkey Gravy Biscuits
Biscuits, Leftover Turkey, Butter, Salt, Pepper, and Leftover Turkey Gravy.
Biscuits
Storebought or homemade biscuits can be used. These are fresh-out-of-the-oven biscuits or reheating previously cooked biscuits in the oven while reheating the turkey and gravy.
Leftover Turkey Meat
Leftover turkey meat is reheated in a skillet over medium heat with water, butter, and salt & pepper to taste. You can chop the turkey into smaller pieces if desired.

The hot turkey heated in a pan with butter and water is used to top the biscuits with however much you want. It is also used for hot turkey sandwiches or the old-fashioned turkey sandwiches. So you have a few options with leftover turkey meat.
Leftover Turkey Gravy
Leftover turkey gravy is reheated in a pot with water to adjust for consistency. Then ladle over the oven-hot biscuits sliced in half and topped with reheated leftover turkey meat.
Optionally, you can include diced onions and frozen vegetables like green peas and carrots. Just toss them into the pan to soften with butter. Then add the turkey to heat through with water.

This makes for an excellent lunch or snack and even a main meal with various sides.
