How to make a Milkshake

Place a whole tray of Ice cubes into a Blender along with a little bit of Cream or Milk to help things move along. Then add your Ice Cream and any flavorings like Bananas, Syrups, Flavoring Liquids.

Pulse the blender initially to break up the ice cubes and then blend until smooth. A Milkshake should be able to pass the straw test.

Milkshake Straw Test

The Milkshake Straw test is to test the thickness of the Milkshake. Place a Straw in the middle and it should stay in place. If it doesn’t your Milkshake is too runny. It also needs to be thin enough that you can drink from it.

To thicken the Milkshake add more Ice cream. To thin it out add more Cream or Milk.

Milkshake and Cookies

This is just a very nice treat and so nice. Maybe it’s nostalgic for me I don’t know. But I have always enjoyed a Milkshake with some Cookies.
