Berry BBQ Sauce
This Sweet, Smokey, Tangy, Berry tasting BBQ Sauce is exactly what you are looking for to coat your BBQ Meats. Absolutely phenomenal!
You will keep coming back to this Delicious BBQ Sauce. All of your neighbors are going to know when you cook up a batch. Make sure you open your windows. This is a powerful BBQ Sauce that you are sure to love. Remember the name, Berry BBQ Sauce.
It is absolutely one of the best BBQ sauce I had ever tasted. I further experimented with Burgers, Ribs, Pork Chops, Pulled Pork, Wings, over Fried Chicken, and more. Every single time it was a fantastic sauce. It is better than any store-bought BBQ Sauce hands down. With such a Sweet Smokey Zing to it. It matches so well offering that BBQ feel.
Berry BBQ Sauce Components
The sauce is pretty simple only consisting of a few ingredients.
Liquid Smoke
You will need to get your hands on some liquid smoke. I have tried both Hickory and Mesquite. Both work extremely well. You can find this at your local grocery store by the Worcestershire sauce and stuff.
Ketchup
French’s Ketchup, I find is the best and far better than Heinz for this Sauce.
Vinegar
Use the cheap no-name red wine vinegar that you can buy for a buck or two. I have also used more expensive red wine vinegar and still sometimes use it.
You can also substitute with Apple Cider Vinegar. Which is also very good. But I prefer the Red Wine.
Sugar
White Sugar with a small amount of molasses for added sugar and consistency throughout the BBQ Sauce.
Seasoning
The Seasoning is pretty straight forward. Add Salt, Black Pepper, Onion, and Garlic Powder.
Cooking Berry BBQ Sauce
Combine all the ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer. Make sure you watch it. It can boil over if it gets too hot. Keep reducing the sauce until desired thickness. About 20 minutes over medium-low to medium heat.
This is where the aroma is really going to fill the air. It’s such a beautiful thing.
Storage
Store in a Squeeze bottle with a cap or in a Tupperware container and refrigerate. I’ve had this last probably a month for me. It doesn’t last much longer than that.
