The 3 on 5 Pizza Combo is 3 toppings on 5 Pizzas for a Pizza Night Feast. The dough size for the medium pizza is the same as the Neapolitan pizzas. Which allows us to get 5 pizzas from one batch of Overnight Pizza Dough at roughly 250g to 280g per Pizza. Once you have dough started and all the toppings with Pizza Sauce ready to go, it only takes about 35 minutes to cook all of the pizzas. Yielding an excellent pizza combo for a Pizza Party, New Year’s Eve Pizza Party, Birthdays and other Celebrations. With plenty of Pizza to go around.
3 on 5 Pizza Combo Ingredients
The ingredients shared across all Pizzas are the: Overnight Pizza Dough, Pizza Thyme Sauce or other choice of Pizza Sauce, and Mozzarella Cheese.
The Individual toppings for each pizza will depend on what kind of pizzas you want. Even the sauce or type of Cheese could be different, depending on the type of Pizza you want. For this 3 on 5 Combo, the following five Pizzas were made:
- KNJ Pizza (Bacon, Pineapple, and Jalapeño)
- PRJ Pizza (Pepperoni, Onions, and Black Olives)
- Maritime Classic (Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Mushrooms)
- Canadian Hawaiian Pizza (Ham, Bacon, and Pineapple)
- Canadian Classic (Pepperoni, Bacon, and Mushrooms)
Overnight Pizza Dough
Make the Overnight Pizza dough the day before, roughly at the same time you plan on cooking the pizzas the following day. The recipe for the Overnight Pizza Dough will show you how to make it, and hand toss the pizza dough to be ready for assembly.
Weigh the total dough amount right before portioning out to get the total weight, and divide by 5 for 5 pizzas. This should yield about 250g to 280g, or slightly more per pizza.
Pizza Sauce
Go with any Pizza Sauce you desire. One bottle of passata to make the pizza sauce is enough for 5 pizzas. Using about 1/2 C per pizza or Hotel Ladle, with some leftover for dipping your Pizza crust into. The Pizza sauce used for these pizzas was the Pizza Thyme Sauce.

Pizzeria Cheese Blend
While just a good quality Mozzarella Cheese blend by Saputo’s will do for the pizzas. You can elevate it more with a Pizzeria Cheese blend of 3:1 shredded Mozzarella Cheese to shredded Provolone Cheese.
For the 3 on 5 Combo Pizza, you will need about 800g to1000g of Mozzarella Cheese or Pizzeria Cheese Blend. Using about 160g – 200g of Cheese per Pizza.

Pizzeria Cheese
Run through a food processor the Mozzarella Cheese and place 3 C of it into a Freezer bag and the remaining mozzarella cheese into another freezer bag to freeze. Then run the provolone cheese in the food processor and place 1 C in with the 3 C of Mozzarella Cheese. The remaining Provolone cheese into another separate freezer bag to freeze. Toss the Mozza & Provolone Cheese blend to mix thoroughly and freeze. Use this blend to top your pizzas, straight from the freezer.

413 Pizza Cook Method
This is the best way to cook pizza at home using an oven that results in Homemade Pizza coming out like they were ordered from take out. The How to Cook Pizza article walks you through everything and is summarized below.
Leftover Pizza Toppings
Any leftover Pizza Toppings can be used for a Pizza Pasta Melt, Pizza Ovensubs, or Pita Pizzas. The Pineapple, if using, can be frozen and saved for Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce or Korean Sweet & Sour Stir Fry.
Pizza Dipping Sauces
My 3 go-tos for Pizza Dipping sauces are; leftover Pizza Sauce, Garlic Sauce, and Donair Sauce. These are excellent to have on the side to dip your pizza crust into.
