This is a wonderful Double Decker Ham & Egg Salad Sandwich, combining Ham Salad & Egg Salad. It just pairs so well together into a mouthful of goodness. Good for a Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Snack, or as a Sandwich Platter combines into the double-decker sandwich or separated to layout for guests on the Holidays or gatherings.
Either make the sandwiches and cover them with plastic to serve at a later time, or make the Egg Salad and Ham Salad and refrigerate to assemble the sandwiches when needed.
Ham Salad
This recipe uses canned ham for the Ham Salad portion of the sandwich. Exchange the Ham with Deviled Ham or Deli Sliced Ham stacked like Arby’s.
Corned Beef Sandwich
Corned Beef is very good too. This is mixed with the Ham Salad ingredients, using corned beef instead of the canned ham.
Egg Salad
The Egg Salad is a Tim Horton’s Style Egg Salad and very good all by itself. It goes extremely well with the Ham Salad. Make it as chunky or smooth as you like it.
Ham & Egg Salad Sandwich
If you want to forgo the extra slice of bread, you can just slather on the ham and eggs for a single Sandwich.
Double Decker Ham & Egg Salad Sandwich
The Double Decker is both sandwiches combined into one. But the combination when you get a mouthful of ham and eggs is just too good.
