This makes a beautiful Chicken Salad Sandwich that can hit the spot wonderfully, and it’s so easy to make. Just combine Mayo & Poly Seasoning with a can of Chicken to mix and spread, for two (2) Sandwiches. Serve with some chips and/or dip on the side. It is also an excellent side with soup by itself or grilled panini-style.

This recipe uses our Product ~ Poly Seasoning.
Chicken Salad Sandwich Ingredients
Canned Chicken, Mayonnaise, Poly Seasoning, Bread, Butter.
Sandwich Platter or Double Decker
It is one of the sandwiches that I use for a Sandwich Platter. Along with Egg Salad and Canned Ham Sandwiches, separately or double stack the sandwich. Make your Sandwich as you normally would. Then add Egg Salad or Ham on the Top. Place another slice of bread on top for a Double Decker Sandwich.
Below is the Ham and Egg Salad Double Decker Sandwich. But this can be done with the Canned Chicken Sandwich too.

Add-Ins for Chicken Salad Sandwich
Optionally add in Celery, Onions, Cheese, Bacon, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Lettuce, Spinach, Peppers, Jalapeños, Radish, Horseradish, etc…
Try it on English Muffins, Croissants, Sourdough Bread, Tortilla or Pita Bread, Crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 can Canned Flaked Chicken - 156g
- 2 Tbl Hellmann's Mayo
- 1 tsp JAH Poly Seasoning
Instructions
- Combine Poly Seasoning with Mayo and Mix. Add Canned Chicken and mince the meat with a fork.
- Butter Bread, and scoop out half the Chicken Salad mixture for each sandwich.Cut into halves or 1/4 for and appetizer tray and serve or wrap in plastic for later.
