Cheppers is a quick and simple recipe combining Cheese & Peppers. Add a bit of Butter & Oregano with Salt & Pepper to taste. Tons of variations you could do with this dish as well.

Cheppers is a great side dish or snack to have. Real Simple, Real Good!
Cheese in Cheppers
Use shredded marble cheese. Although I imagine you could use a whole host of cheeses.
Sprinkle cheese on top and melt in the oven on broil in an oven-safe dish or microwave until the cheese is melted.
Peppers in Cheppers
I used the Mini Peppers that come in a variety pack. You can use Bell Peppers too. Really any kind of peppers can be used here including mild to hot ones to add some heat to the overall dish.
Use a good variety of different colored peppers. It really makes the dish pop out with vibrant colors.
Slice the peppers into strips or however, you prefer (Thick Strips, Thin Strips, Squared Chunks, Quartered Peppers, or Slice them in half for Stuffed Cheppers. ) and Toss with melted butter and the seasoning.
Cheppers Seasoning
The seasoning is nothing complicated. Just a bit of Oregano with Salt & Pepper to taste.
We can get fancy here too and add in Chipotle Powder, Aleppo Pepper, Urfa Pepper which brings a bit of smokiness, or other Herbs & Spices such as Onion and Garlic Powder or include fresh Onion and Garlic with the Peppers.
Stuffed Cheppers
Chop the mini peppers in half and remove the seeds and membrane. Stuff with Cream Cheese or Flavored Cream Cheese Dips and Air Fry.
Sprinkle on some cheese and place into the Microwave or Broil until the cheese is melted. Optionally top this off with some Bacon Bits or Green Onions.

Ingredients
- 10 – 12 Mini Peppers - – or 3-4 Bell Peppers, can include hot peppers
- 2 Tbl Butter
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper - – to taste
- Shredded Marble Cheese - – as desired
Instructions
- Wash and Dry peppers. Slice in half the Peppers and remove the seeds and membrane. Chop into Preferred size.
- Melt some butter in the microwave or stovetop and drizzle over the peppers in a bowl. Add in Oregano with Salt & Pepper to taste. Toss well.
- Place into Air Fryer at 350 F for 10 – 12 minutes tossing halfway through.
- Plate the Peppers and Sprinkle Cheese on top and either Microwave or Broil in an ovensafe dish to melt the cheese.
