Sweet Thai Sriracha Wings Ingredients
Chicken Wings, Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, Sriracha Sauce
Sweet Thai Sriracha Wing Sauce
The Sauce is just a combination of 1/4 C Sweet Thai Chili Sauce & 1 Tbl of Sriracha Sauce or to taste, per 1 lb (ca. 454 g) of Wings. Deep fry the wings, then toss them in the bowl with the sauce to coat them. Voilà! Pretty easy right, … Pretty Tasty too.
How to Deep Fry Wings
Heat the Deep Fryer up to 350 F — 375 F. Place the chicken wings in the basket, lower it, and give it a shake to prevent sticking. Deep-fry for about 10–12 minutes. Lift from the fryer and shake the excess oil off, allow to drain/dry.
If doing 3 or more lbs of chicken wings, do them in batches of 2 lbs. I have a dual basket Deep fryer which I do 1 lb (ca. 454 g) per basket. With different deep fryers, the amounts will be different, but you get the idea. The goal is not to drop the oil temperature too much or overcrowd.
