2lbsChicken Wings
1/2CSweet Thai Chili Sauce
2TblSriracha Sauce - or added to taste based on your heat preference
Instructions
Preheat the Deep Fryer to 350 F — 375 F.Combine Sweet Thai Chili Sauce & Sriracha to desired taste in a mixing bowl large enough to fit the wings and set aside.
Place the completely thawed Wings in the deep-fry basket and lower the basket into the hot oil. Shake the basket to make sure nothing gets stuck. Deep Fry for about 10–12 minutes.
Lift the basket up and shake to get rid of excess oil. Then empty the wings into the bowl with sauce. Toss & mix well to ensure the Chicken wings get coated in the sauce. Plate and serve. Optionally garnish with Parsley, Chili Flakes, Aleppo, Green Onions etc.
