Homemade Pizza Samosas filled with Pizza Sauce, Cheese, and your Favorite Toppings before being deep-fried to a Golden & Crispy Samosa. With options to either Oven Bake or Air Fry.
This recipe makes up about 44 Pizza Samosas! It takes a bit of time to put it all together, with a little over an hour. But once you got them made, it’s good eating of Pizza Samosas anytime you want.
Freeze any leftover Filling or Wrappers for the next batch.
Samosa Wrappers
The Samosa Dough is used to create the Wrappers. I use a full batch to make about 40+ medium samosas.
You can also use premade Samosa Wrappers or Egg Roll Wrapper for Egg Roll Pizzas.
Pizza Sauce
Use any Pizza Sauce you desire. JAH Pizza Sauce Base can be used as-is or with added Herbs & Spices such as Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, Black Pepper, Onion & Garlic. You will need about 2 cups worth.
Pizza Samosa Fillings
The Filling is any of your Favorite Pizza Toppings weighed out to about 2 lbs. Then mixed with Pizza Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese.
The key factor in making the filling is to make sure you end up with about 2 lbs worth of fillings altogether. Before the Cheese and Sauce are added. This ensures you have enough filling for about 44 Samosas.
For raw toppings like Ground Beef, Italian Sausage, Bacon. Cook and set aside to cool until ready to combine with everything else.

MEAT LOVERS
Add Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Salami, Ham, Bacon.
VEGETARIAN
Add Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Olives, and Banana Peppers.
CANADIAN CLASSIC
Bacon, Mushrooms & Pepperoni.
DELUXE
Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, and Onions.
THE WORKS
Pepperoni, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Ground Beef or Italian Sausage, Bacon with or without Olives.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS
Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, and Onions.
PEPPERONI LOVER
Only Pepperoni. I highly recommend a very good quality pepperoni. Add them in whole, chopped in half, quarters, diced, or strips.
How to Cook Samosas
Different cook methods will produce a different texture in the Samosas. Oil is used in all cases and promotes good browning and crisping of the Samosas.
Deep Frying Samosas
Deep Fry Samosas at 350 F for about 5 minutes or until Golden Crispy. Lift the Samosas up and allow any excess grease to strain off before transferring to a plate to cool.
Baking Samosas
Preheat the oven to 450 F with the rack in the middle position. Brush the Samosas with oil on both sides and lay them down on a baking sheet, presentation side down. Bake for 10 minutes, brush with oil again and bake another 5 minutes.
Air Frying Samosas
Brush the Samosas with oil and place them into the Air fryer with space between each Samosa. Air Fry at 400 F for 10 minutes. Flip them over, brush with oil again and continue to Air Fry until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Toppings
- 3 C Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 C Pizza Sauce
- 1 batch Samosa Wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat the Deep Fryer to 350 F – 375 F.
- Combine and weigh out the Pizza Toppings that will go into the Samosas. Mix in the Pizza Sauce & Cheese. Stuff & Seal the Samosas.
- Deep Fry the Samosas in batches for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
