Chicken tossed with Buffalo Sauce & with a Ranch Salad. Add to it Tomatoes, Bacon, Cheese, Cucumbers, and whatever else you may like to make it yours.
My favorite way to enjoy this salad is stuffed in some Samoon Bread. Man, that is a Seriously Good Sandwich. It’s Quick & Easy, too. Only taking up about 20 minutes to make.
Buffalo Chicken Breast
Diced fresh Chicken Breast cooked in a skillet over medium heat. Tossed with Frank’s RedHot Sauce with a bit of Butter.
Cook up the bacon first and use the rendered bacon fat to cook the chicken.
Buffalo Sauce
The Buffalo Sauce is used to coat the cooked chicken. Combine Frank’s RedHot Sauce with melted Butter to the preferred heat level and toss the cooked chicken in it.
Want it Spicy, add a bunch of Franks RedHot Sauce or just add a little for a mild version.
Let the chicken soak up the sauce before combining it with the salad.
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Salad
Prepare the below with Ranch Dressing and add whatever else you may like.
- Lettuce
- Thinly Sliced Onion
- Grated Carrots
- Bacon Bits
Add in other ingredients such as Cucumbers, Napa Cabbage, Celery, Tomatoes, Peppers, Radishes, Cheese.
Combine the soaked Buffalo Chicken & Ranch Salad together and Voilà!
Ranch Dressing
Ranch Dressing is used to coat all the vegetables. Once you have all the vegetables prepared and washed, add the desired amount of Ranch Dressing and toss. Add a bit of Blue Cheese Dressing!
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Samoon
Stuff the Salad into some Samoon Bread for a Seriously Good Sandwich.
Pick up some Samoon bread at your local Middle Eastern grocery store or at various Shawarma Outlets. They usually sell the Samoon Bread individually for around $1.00 CAD.
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pita Pocket
For a Pocket Pita Wrap, First steam the pita bread to soften it, which is very important in order to separate the Pita Bread. Open the edge of the Pita Bread and stuff it with the Chicken & Salad. Fold one side of the pita bread over, tucked in, and drizzle Ranch Dressing and Roll the wrap up.

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- As Desired Franks RedHot Sauce
- 1-2 Tbl Butter
- 2 C Lettuce - chopped
- 1/2 Small Onion - thinly sliced
- 1 small Carrot - Shredded
- 4 Strips Bacon
- As Desired Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Chop the bacon into small bits and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, then set aside. Reserve the grease to fry the chicken.
- Dice the Chicken Breast and fry in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Place the meat into a Mixing Bowl and add Butter with Franks RedHot Sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare the Vegetables. Wash & Dry well, place into a Salad Bowl. Add the desired amount of Ranch Dressing and mix.
- Combine Buffalo Sauced Chicken & Salad to toss. Serve as is, or stuff it into some Samoon Bread or Pita Bread.
