Chunky or Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast marinated in a Ranch Marinade, Noodles, with Buffalo Sauce is what makes up this Buffalo Chicken Noodle Dish. Optionally, add in some vegetables. Extremely easy to prepare and quick. Adjust the heat level to your desired preference by adding more or less Franks RedHot Sauce, or add more heat when serving with RedHot Seasoning.
Frank’s RedHot Seasoning
Frank’s RedHot Powdered Seasoning is a dry form of RedHot Sauce.
This is completely optional, but does add some flavor and heat to the chicken. Sprinkle some on top of the noodles when serving to add more heat.
FRANK’S RED HOT SAUCE
This is the Hot Sauce. It’s a really good Tangy Hot Sauce all by itself. The listed ingredients are :
Ingredients. Vinegar, Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Salt, Water, Canola Oil, Paprika, Xanthan Gum, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavour, Dimethyl Silicone.
Add more or less of Frank’s RedHot Sauce for the desired heat level. A good starting point is 1/2 Tbl of RedHot Sauce per portion of noodles.
Taste it as it finishes cooking, if you want it spicier add more hot sauce or serve as is and use the RedHot Powder or Sauce to sprinkle over top to add more heat.
Type of Noodles to use for Buffalo Chicken Noodles
Use Chow Mein Noodles preferably. But any type of noodles can be used, Fresh or Dried. Boil the Noodles and strain. Toss the noodles a bit so that they can air dry before stir-frying in the wok with the other ingredients.
Buffalo Chicken Noodles Marinade
Diced or thinly sliced Chicken Breast and place into a bowl with the below marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
Add the chicken with the marinade to a hot wok and cook until cooked through. Add your choice of vegetables and cook until softened.
- 2 Tbl Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbl Neutral Oil & Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Buffalo Powder – optional
Buffalo Chicken Noodles with Vegetables
Add in whatever vegetables you want to include. Add thinly sliced Onions, Celery, Peppers, and shredded Carrots or minced Garlic.

- 2 portions Noodles
- 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 Tbl Frank's RedHot Sauce - or more
- As Desired Vegetables (Sliced Onion, Pepper, Shredded Carrots) - Optional
Chicken Marinade
- 2 Tbl Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbl Neutral Oil & Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Buffalo Powder - Optional
Instructions
- Thinly Slice Chicken Breast and place into a bowl with the Marinade ingredients. Toss well and marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
- Fill the Wok with enough water to boil the noodles. Boil noodles for about 3 minutes and strain. Toss the Noodles to air dry a bit and let rest until ready to use.
- Place the Wok back on the burner and lower the heat to medium. Add the Chicken and cook through, add vegetables and continue to cook until softened. Add noodles with Buffalo Sauce and mix really well. Continue to cook until the noodles are dry.
