Thinly Slice Chicken Breast and place into a bowl with the Marinade ingredients. Toss well and marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
Fill the Wok with enough water to boil the noodles. Boil noodles for about 3 minutes and strain. Toss the Noodles to air dry a bit and let rest until ready to use.
Place the Wok back on the burner and lower the heat to medium. Add the Chicken and cook through, add vegetables and continue to cook until softened. Add noodles with Buffalo Sauce and mix really well. Continue to cook until the noodles are dry.
