Smokey Burger Sauce Ingredients

Three simple ingredients come together to create a Fantastic Sauce! Used on the Smokey Burger. Not only for Burgers but as a dipping sauce for Fries. Made from combining Mayonnaise, HP Sauce & Liquid Smoke.

Adjust the Smokiness by adding in more or less of the Liquid Smoke. Add more or less of the HP Sauce to adjust the flavor.

Mayonnaise

Hellmann’s Mayo is our favorite brand. I am not sure how other mayo’s would work. I do know that Miracle Whip is heavy in acidity so I’m not sure if that would work.

Liquid Smoke

Use either Hickory or Mesquite Liquid Smoke. Just a small amount to deliver a slight Smokey flavor. This is a Fantastic item to have on hand. Used with BBQ Sauce & Marinades, or anywhere else where a smoke flavor is desired.

HP Sauce

HP Sauce is a Phenomenal Sauce for Pork Chops or Steaks. This is the key ingredient that when combined with Mayonnaise really makes this into a Special Sauce. Add more or less to suit your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Mayo
  • 2 tsp HP Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

Notes

Adjust the Smokiness by adding in more or less of the Liquid Smoke.
Add more or less of the HP Sauce to adjust the flavor. If a Tomato kick to it is desired, add a small amount of Ketchup or Chili Sauce.
