Tossing Corn on the Cob Halves in Corn Butter

After tasting this Corn Butter with the elevated Butter taste, regular Butter just won’t do anymore. It’s extremely simple to make with just Butter & Butter Popcorn Seasoning. But man, does it ever make a difference. That Butter Popcorn Seasoning isn’t just for Popcorn, it’s wickedly good with Corn.

Use to slather Corn on the Cob or toss in a bowl to saturate the Corn. It’s also used to make a Pot of Corn you serve as a side. For an even stronger hit, just sprinkle some Butter Popcorn seasoning directly on. With the Butter though, it does add that creaminess.

Use real Butter, no margarine or taste like butter stuff. Just wholesome creamy butter. Salted or Unsalted is fine. With Unsalted Butter, you can if you want, add just a bit more butter popcorn seasoning.

This is the Magic, and will have everyone not only asking for more, but what your secret is that makes the Butter so good. I pick mine up at my local Bulk Barn.

This stuff is so good that it can be sprinkled directly on the Corn. Other seasonings can be added, such as Black Pepper, Parsley, ground Bay Leaves, or Aleppo for a bit of heat and sprinkling of red throughout.

How to make Corn Butter

Combine 1/4 C of Butter & 1/2 tsp of Butter Popcorn Seasoning, that’s it! Mix well and slather the Corn Cobs, or toss in a bowl to coat the Corn with that rich Buttery taste. It can also be added to a Pot of Corn Kernels, along with a bit of Cream & Water, to serve with a meal as a side.

Fresh Corn on the Cob tossed in that Corn Butter, Mmm, that is good stuff! Husk and trim the ends off, then chop in half for easier tossing, or just leave them whole and slather with Corn Butter.

How to Butter Corn on the Cob

Place the Corn Butter in a bowl and add the freshly cooked Hot Corn Cobs to toss in the Corn Butter. Cutting them in half makes it easier to toss and coat the Corn.

Golden Pot of Corn

Corn Kernels in a Flavorful Golden Liquid that adds a Creamy, Buttery richness, it’s a Pot of Gold. Perfect as a side dish with a variety of meals. Add some sugar or honey for a sweet taste.

The combination of Cream & Butter is not just for Corn, either. The same can be used for Waxed Beans, Carrots, Frozen Mixed Vegetables, and Green Peas.

How to make a Pot of Corn

Either canned Corn with the liquids strained out or Frozen Corn Kernels can be used.

Add all the ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and serve. Feel free to adjust to suit your taste, by adding in more or less of the ingredients. You can even add in additional ingredients such as Pepper or Aleppo for a bit of heat. With Sugar or Honey for a Pot of Sweet Heat Corn.

  • 2 Tbl Cream 10%
  • 2 Tbl Water
  • 2 Tbl Corn Butter

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients and mix well. Use to toss or slather Corn on the Cob.
