Thai Bistro Pad Thai
Pad Thai is his most popular dish and the only dish I have tried quite a few times from here and is what this review is based on. They have different Pad Thai based on the meat. The one I go for is the Shrimp Pad Thai with added beef.

Thai Bistro Pad Thai review
This dish is a very delicious and well-balanced Pad Thai. It has a very nice and pleasant heat that isn’t too spicy. I paid $23.75, taxes included, for the shrimp Pad Thai with added beef. It’s prepared and ready pretty quick too.
- This serving weighs approximately 2 lbs or slightly more. It is enough for 3 decent-sized portions or 2 large portions. It aligns with their core values of quality & quantity.
- The noodles are perfect (soft but slightly chewy) and don’t stick or clump to each other. The added carrots and bean sprouts are fresh with crispness.
- The eggs are cooked in such a way that they absorb the sauce and are very pleasing throughout the Pad Thai.
- The beef is nice and tender, and the shrimp are plump with their tails still on.
- The sauce flavors are well-balanced with no single flavor dominating. There is a heat to it, but it’s not overpowering. Instead, a very pleasing heat.
The whole dish comes together pretty spectacularly. It’s an impressive Pad Thai.
Pad Thai for Two
This dish serves one, but you can easily split it into two satisfying portions or share it as a meal for two. Each person gets about three good-sized shrimp and several slices of beef in the shrimp pad Thai with added beef. You can also add more meat if you’d like.

Pad Thai for Three
This can be split into three smaller portions for a lighter meal. You’ll get about 2 shrimp each and some slices of beef with plenty of noodles to still fill out the plate. Again, you can always add more meat.

Conclusion
This is one of the best local Pad Thai, and it’s worth a try for the price and portion. They stand true to their core values of quality & quantity. The owner states that his Pad Thai is the best-selling dish. His various curry dishes are very popular too. If you’re looking for a Thai fix, cheap and quick, this is it!
