JAH Meat Oil
Meat Oil Header

Flavored Seasoned Cooking Oil to brush, spray onto meats or use it as a marinade as is or with added ingredients to shape the Flavor. No matter how you cook the meat, add Meat Oil for that extra dimension of Flavor to meats.

Meat Oil Ingredients

High Smoke Point Oil

A high Smoke Point oil is what you are after. Something like Sunflower Oil, Ground Nut, etc… You can add Flavoring Oils in small amounts, like Sesame Oil.

Reduce the Oil amount to get a stronger taste if desired.

Meat Oil Flavor Enhancer

Soy Sauce & Worcestershire sauce are added for Flavorings, Salt and Umami. Adding in MSG will power pack more Umami and a Flavorful Surface.

Liquid Smoke

Liquid smoke is the key ingredient in adding that touch to BBQ Foods and one of the secret ingredients for BBQ Sauce.

Charcoal Oil can be swapped out with Liquid Smoke or added with it. I haven’t tested this yet, but man do I ever want to try this for Burgers, sometime soon I will.

Spray Cooking Oil

Fill a spray bottle designed for spraying Oil.

If using a generic spray bottle, it may not be strong enough to spray the oil. Mix 1 Part of JAH Meat Oil with 2 Parts of Distilled water and fill a spray bottle to dilute it. Keep the spray bottle in the fridge for storage.

Marinades

This can be used in place of Oil in certain marinades (Pimento Marinade) to add more flavor.

Use it as a marinade by itself with added Onions, Garlic, and Salt & Pepper to taste or Seasonings like Montreal Steak Spice. Optionally with Pimento Paste. There are all kinds of additional Herbs & Spices you can flavor this with.

Fully submerge steaks, marinade for 24 hours and pan fry. Use it for thinly sliced steak to top Pizzas, Oven Subs, or Wraps.
