Preheat the oven at 400 F. Make the Taco Meat as per Taco Seasoning instructions.
Fill a Baking Tray with Tortilla Chips and sprinkle the Taco Meat on top, then top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Place into the Oven until the Cheese is melted.
Top with desired amount of Salsa, Red Taco Sauce and Sour Cream. Garnish and serve.
