Ingredients
1lbGround Beef - Can sub with Ground Pork or Half of each
Preheat the oven to 400 F to toast the tortilla chips with warm ingredients or use the microwave. Make the taco meat as per the taco seasoning instructions.
Fill a baking tray with tortilla chips and sprinkle the taco meat on top, then top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place into the oven until the cheese is melted.Optionally place on serving plates and microwave.
Top with the desired amount of salsa, red taco sauce, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve.
