2tspBaking Powder & Cornstarch - each, if using a Deep Fryer
1/2tspBaking Soda - if using a Rotisserie Unit
Instructions
Combine the Wings with Rotisserie Seasoning. Add either the Baking Powder & Cornstarch if Deep Frying, or just the Baking Soda if cooking in a Rotisserie Basket. Toss and mix well for even coverage, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
While the Wings are resting, prepare any dipping sauces and set aside.
DEEP FRIED ROTISSERIE WINGS: Deep Fry the Wings at 350 F for 10–12 minutes. ROTISSERIE BASKET WINGS: Cook at 350 F for 1 hour on the Rotisserie setting.
Let the Chicken Wings rest and serve with dipping sauce. More Rotisserie Seasoning can be sprinkled on top for an extra boost of flavor.
