This is a simple Pizza Sauce, heavy with Thyme. Offering up an earthy, citrus, slightly peppery flavor. Normally, Basil & Oregano are the flavoring herbs for Pizza sauce. Basil & Oregano are still present, but Thyme is the star of this Pizza Thyme Sauce, it's in the name. It's those flavors that Thyme adds that we concentrate on. Optionally, with a bit of Parmigiano Reggiano. Use it as a Dipping Sauce too.
