3CChicken Broth - Pork, Beef or Vegetable Stock can be used too
Seasoning
1TblKetchup & Italian Seasoning
1tspSugar, Butter Popcorn Seasoning, & Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the Soup Base with the Seasoning into a bowl and set aside. Prep your Veggies and set aside if using.
In a Sauce Pot over Medium Heat, add any Meats that need to be cooked. Cook until done. Add in oil and chopped Garlic along with any Vegetables and cook a few minutes.
Add in the Liquids and Seasoning and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. If adding Pasta, add to the pot after the 10 minutes of simmering and mix. Cover and remove from heat and let sit 20 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning and scoop into serving bowls, top with Cheese. Romaine Lettuce can be added to the serving bowl before placing the soup in, or Garlic Croutons after placing the Soup in. Then Top with Cheese and Serve.
Notes
For a slightly more Brothy type soup. Exchange the amounts of Pizza sauce to Broth. Use 4 Cups of Broth and 3 Cups of Pizza Sauce.
