Mix 1 Cup of Poly Flour with 4 Tbl Sugar. Add 1 Egg & 1/2 C Milk or Water and whisk.
Grease a frying pan or griddle on medium to medium low heat.Scoop out pancake batter using 1/4 C and cook until bubbles are uniform throughout the pancake and the edges are firm. Flip and cook the other side.
Notes
Cook on a large griddle, so you can make them all at once and cut down on the time.If doing this in a frying pan. The frying pan will eventually get too hot. Place the pancake into the pan and remove the pan from the heat and continue to cook the pancake. Return the pan to the heat and flip to regulate the heat in the frying pan.

Combine the below ingredients together and store in a container. Add water to get the desired consistency.
