Combine marinade ingredients together and marinate the pork in the fridge for 2+ hours.
Place the Pork Chops with the marinade into the saucepan. Add 1/2 C of water and mix.
Cook on medium heat while covered for 45 minutes. Remove the Pork Chops and reduce the sauce more if needed. Serve the sauce on the side in a small dipping bowl.
Notes
Use Sweet Pimento Paste or Hot if you're looking for spicy. Alternatively you can substitute the Paprika, half smoked & half Hot Paprika with Sweet Pimento Paste.Stack & Steam Pork with Potatoes
Place the Pork Chops in the bottom Pan with the marinade along with 1/2 C of water to help steam the potatoes above and to adjust so that the sauce reduces within the 45 minutes it takes to cook this dish.
Place the Steamer basket on top and add chopped potatoes.
The timing of these is going to depend on the size you chop your potatoes. I chop medium size potatoes in half lengthwise and then quarter each half of potatoes. Place them into the steamer and check at about 30 minutes. If fork tender, remove to toss with Butter & Herbs. Place the lid back on the bottom pot for the pork chops to finish cooking and the sauce to reduce.
Place the lid on and turn the heat to medium. Cook for 45 minutes undisturbed, beside checking if the potatoes are done.
