Seared & Seasoned Quarter Pound Beef Patty between two slices of Bread with Hot Gravy. Add additional Toppings such as Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions with Green Peas or a Slice of Mozzarella Cheese.
Prepare the Hamburger Seasoning, Toppings & Sauce/Gravy. Butter the Bread or Toast and then Butter.
Place a skillet over medium heat and wait a few minutes for it to get hot. Sear and Cook the Burger Patty about 3 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Season with Hamburger Seasoning or Montreal Steak Seasoning.
