Chop the lamb fat into very small pieces and freeze. Once Frozen, Process in the Processor a bit before adding in the Ground Beef and Donair Spice.
Process about 1 minutes or so until a paste is created. Weigh the Meat out and divide that by four to create your Kebab portions.
With wet hands, shape the meat unto the Skewers and make sure they are uniformly even. Then proceed to shape to desired shape.
Place onto a Casserole Dish to act as a catch pan and to suspend the Kebabs up and broil on the second notch down from the top rack for about 10 minutes. Flipping them over every 2 -3 minutes.
