5 minute Quick Cheese Sauce made using Cheese Whiz.This Hot Cheese Whiz Sauce can be used by itself or as a base to take on other forms by adding different types of Cheese or Seasonings.

Ingredients
3/4CWater
1/4CCream 10 %
1/2CCheese Whiz
1TblArrowroot & Neutral Oil - each
1/2tspSea Salt
1/4tspOnion, Garlic, & Turmeric - each
1/8tspCitric Acid & White Pepper - each
1TblCheddar Cheese Powder - Optional
Instructions
Combine all Ingredients together into a saucepot and mix really well. Ensure that the Arrowroot is completely dissolved.
Bring to boil while mixing often until the Cheese Whiz dissolves and the Cheese Sauce is thickened.
At this point if you want the Sauce thinner add a bit more Cream or Water. If you want it thicker combine 1 tsp of Arrowroot & Cold Water and mix in a small bowl. Then pour it slowly a little at a time while the Cheese Sauce is simmering and whisk into the Sauce until the desired thickness. Remove from the heat once it has thickened.
Notes
Add in 1/4 tsp of Dry Mustard if using for the Cheeseburger Poutine. Add shredded Cheese to boost the Cheese Flavor and get more of a Cheese texture. A bit of Brewers yeast can be added to taste, offering up that distinct Cheese Flavor.
