Taco Trisadilla stuffed with Taco Meat, Three Cheese Blend, Salsa, and Sour Cream. Folded into a triangular shape and pan-fried. Serve them single for a snack, in three's for a lunch, or 6 of them for a supper.
Prepare and Cook the Taco Meat according to the recipe.
Heat through and lightly brown the Tortillas in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the Tortilla in half and place on a plate or waxed paper to await assembly.
Arrange the Tortilla half, sliced side down, and assemble.Taco MeatCheese BlendSalsaSour CreamFold over the Tortilla about one third of the way and fold again to create the Triangular shape. Repeat for all Trisadillas.
Heat a skillet up over medium heat for a few minutes until warm. Then place the Trisadillas seal side down and fry for about 25–30 seconds. Flip and repeat for the other side.
