Place the Frozen Fries into a stainless steel bowl and add 1/4 C of Fat. Toss the Fries well and leave them sit for 30 minutes. If the fat you are using is solid, then melt the Fat in the microwave or saucepan, measure out 1/4 C and then pour over the Fries.
Place them into the Air Fryer at 400 F for 30 minutes. At each interval, empty the Fries with the Hot Oil back into the Stainless Steel Bowl. Toss the Fries and empty back into the Air Fryer.
Toss the Fries and Oil that has accumulated on the bottom of the Air Fryer at 15, 10, 5, 3 minutes. The last few minutes are give or take. If the Fries are Golden Crisp then they can be removed, if not, let them cook the full 30 minutes.
Empty the Fries with the Oil back into the Steel Bowl. Toss the Fries and then Season with Tandoori Masala. Toss the Fries again really well and serve.
Notes
For Deep Fried Tandoori Fries, cook the fries at 375 F - 400 F until Golden and Crisp. Empty into the Steel bowl and season with Tandoori Masala. Toss really well and serve.
