Instructions

  1. Combine 2 Tbl of Tandoori Masala, 1 Tbl of Lemon Juice with 1/4 Cup Yogurt & Neutral Oil. Marinate chicken with/without skin in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place chicken into a preheated oven at 375 F/190 C. Cook for 45 minutes. Flip chicken halfway through. Shut the heat off and leave the chicken in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes before serving.
  1. Combinez 2 cuillères à soupe de Tandoori Masala, 1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron avec 1/4 tasse de yaourt et d’huile neutre. Faire mariner le poulet avec/sans peau au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 2 heures.
  2. Placer le poulet dans un four préchauffé à 375 F/190 C. Cuire pendant 45 minutes. Retourner le poulet à mi-cuisson. Éteignez le feu et laissez le poulet au four pendant 15 à 20 minutes avant de servir.

  • Substitute the Yogurt with Sour Cream, Heavy Cream, or Coconut Milk
  • Add in Green or Red Chilies to make it spicier
  • Season the Chicken directly for a spicier version

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Quarters
  • 2 Tbl Tandoori Masala
  • 1/4 C Yogurt & Neutral OIl
  • 1 Tbl Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Clean and prep the chicken quarters, making sure to remove the internal organs from the backbone of the chicken quarters.
    With the Skin on or removed, score the chicken.
  • In a bowl large enough to hold all the chicken, combine the Yogurt, Oil, Lemon Juice, and Tandoori Masala, mix well and add the chicken to marinate for 2 hours or more.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 F and place chicken straight from the marinade unto a broiler pan, presentation side down. Optionally lined with tin foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flip over and bake another 20 minutes. Shut the heat off but leave the chicken in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes before serving.
