1HeadCauliflower
3-4TblPuck Sauce - or more
TotasteSalt & Pepper
Salt & Pepper Blend
1TblSea Salt
1tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspWhite Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower by chopping into bite size pieces and washing well. Set aside until ready for the steamer.
Place about 1 inch of water into the steamer set and heat over Max Heat.Combine the Salt & Pepper blend and set aside.
Add the Cauliflower to steam for about 8 minutes, or until tender to your liking. A bit shorter for crisp tender and a bit longer for softer. Use a fork to check the tenderness at about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the Puck Sauce or other choice of Sauce into the Bowl you will use to toss the Cauliflower.
When the Cauliflower is ready, remove the steamer basket and strain out any excess water. Let the Cauliflower air dry a bit, just a few seconds. Transfer to the Bowl with Puck Creamy Dairy Spread, season with Salt & Pepper and toss the Cauliflower to plate.

Try it with Steamed Broccoli!Broccoli takes less time to steam than Cauliflower, so steam for about 5 minutes. Pierce with a fork to check for tenderness. Steam shorter for Crisp Tender, or a bit longer for Softer.
