Sauteed Shrimp tossed in a delicious easy to prepare Seafood Mayonnaise. Just add all the Seafood Mayo ingredients to a bowl and mix. Thaw the Shrimp and sauté in a bit of Butter. Empty the Shrimp into the Bowl with Seafood Mayo and toss for some really good Saucy Shrimp as a snack or appetizers.Turn it into a lunch or main meal with a bowl of Steamed Rice inverted on the plate and surround with Shrimp or serve with some Fried Rice.

Ingredients
1lbRaw Shrimp - Medium to Large
1TblButter or Neutral Oil - a small amount of Sesame Oil can be added too
Seafood Mayo
1/4CHellmann's Mayo
3/4tsp Lemon Juice
1/4tspHondashi, Sriracha, Garlic Powder, Butter Popcorn Seasoning & Aleppo Chili Flakes - each
Instructions
Weigh Shrimp (1 lb or 454 g) and place into a bowl with water to cover. Meanwhile, combine all the Seafood Mayo ingredients into a bowl that will be later used to toss the cooked Shrimp in.
Heat a skillet up over medium heat with 1 Tbl of Butter or Neutral Oil. Place Shrimp in and cook for 2–3 minutes per side. Optionally throw in some sliced Green Onions when taking the Shrimp off the heat to mix in briefly.
Empty the Shrimp into the bowl of Seafood Mayo and toss. Serve right away.
Notes
If using the Butterfly Shrimp recipe for the Shrimp, use only 1/8 tsp of Butter Popcorn Seasoning in the Seafood Mayo, since the marinade and batter will contain sufficient salt. Serve the Shrimp coated in Seafood Mayo with Steamed White Rice packed into a bowl and inverted on a plate, or with Baked or Pan Fried Fish.
