Just combine all the ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil while mixing. Very tasty standalone tomato soup or used in other dishes as an ingredient.

- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1/2 C Tomato Paste - Good Quality / double concentrate
- 2 Tbl Butter
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- To Taste Salt & White Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a sauce pot. Mix well, Bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Season with Salt & Pepper to taste. Optionally add cream and garnish with Everything Bagel or Crushed Crackers.
Notes
Vegeta can also be added in place of the Salt & Pepper and adds nice vegetable flavors undertones.
A small amount (1/8 tsp +) of butter popcorn seasoning can be added to up the buttery flavors, before seasoning with salt & pepper.
Add 1 Maggi Bouillon cube for a brothy Tomato Soup!
