Ingredients
1x680mlMutti Passata
4LargeBasil Leaves - Finely chopped or torn
3TblEVOO
1tspSea Salt
3SprigsOregano - about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp dried
1CloveGarlic - Finely grated
1/4tspBlack Pepper - or more to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a Bowl and mix well.
Use on Pizzas and refrigerate between 1–3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
To add a bit of Crushed Tomato texture, San Marzano crushed Tomatoes or this Pizza Sauce can be added to this Passata Pizza Sauce.
