This Onion Burger is topped with Onions, Mustard and a French Onion Sauce on a Buttered & Toasted Bun. Add some Cheese and/or some Green Onions!

290 gBurger Patties
2Sesame Buns - Buttered
1-2TblLitehouse French Onion Dip - Per Burger
8DollopsYellow Mustard - Per Burger
Caramelized Onions
1LargeOnion
PinchofSea Salt
Pinchof Sugar
1TblBacon Fat
1Tbl Butter
1StalkGreen Onion - Optional
Instructions
Slice 1 Onion into strips and place into frying pan with Bacon Fat, a pinch of Salt & Sugar over medium heat. Cook until the onions are softened and reduce the heat to medium low and cover. Stir occasionally until browned to your liking. Anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.Add Butter & Green Onions if using. Mix well and remove from heat. Empty into small bowl to use on the burger later.
Place skillet back on medium heat to toast the buns.
Fry up the Burger Patties for about 3 minutes per side. Season with Salt & Pepper. Assemble the Burger :Bottom BunMustardCaramelized OnionsBurger PattyFrench Onion Dip On the CrownServe or wrap in waxed paper to serve later.
