Mild Mayo Sauce or MM Sauce is an All-Purpose Sauce made from a combination of Hellman's Mayonnaise, Red Greek Sauce, and Sriracha Sauce for some heat. Add more Sriracha sauce to your preference, or use your favorite Hot Sauce.

- 1 Squeeze bottle with cover or small mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbl Red Greek Sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce or to Taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients together in a squeeze bottle and shake well or into a small mixing bowl. Taste and adjust the heat by adding in more sriracha to taste. Refrigerate covered to use when needed.
- Serve on Gyros, Shawarma or other Wraps, Rice Bowls, Sandwiches, Burgers, or Dip for Fries, Nuggets, Wings, or Onion Rings.
