Steamed Potatoes ran through a Ricer with Butter, Cream, and other ingredients to create a pretty Rich and Buttery Mashed Potato Dish that is just too good. This recipe yields about 4 scoops of Mashed Potatoes.

Ingredients
500gPotatoes - Peeled, about 4-5 potatoes
1/4CReal Butter - or more to adjust the consistency
2TblCream - or more to adjust the consistency
1packMagic Sarap
1tspButter Popcorn Seasoning - more or less depending on preference
1/2tspBaking Powder
1/8tspCream of Tartar & White Pepper
Instructions
Peel and Quarter the Potatoes. Place into the steamer for about 15 - 20 minutes. The Potatoes should be fork tender soft.
Pass the Potatoes through a Ricer and add in the Butter first and mix, then the cream and mix, finally the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine everything.
Add more Cream or Butter to adjust the consistency and adjust the seasoning before serving if needed.
Notes
The mashed potatoes can also go into a small casserole dish to be reheated in the oven.
