Refreshing Lemonade Drink with some Ice Cubes optionally with some Mint, Tea Bag, or Tea mix. It works really well to keep the body cool and hydrated during hot summer days. Start your morning with this energizing drink, it wakes you up and gets things moving. It's also an excellent drink for hot summer days to rehydrate the body.

Ingredients
8CCold Water
1CSugar - Anywhere from 1/2 C to 1 C depending on taste
1CLemon Juice - or 5-8 freshly squeezed Lemons
ToTasteMint Leaves or Tea Bags - Optional
AsDesiredLemon Slices - Optional
Instructions
Combine Sugar & Lemon Juice in the pitcher and mix well. Add cold water to fill and mix.
Optionally add some Mint/Spearmint leaves and/or flavored Tea Bags and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with Ice Cubes and optionally a Lemon slice or wedge.
Notes
The amounts can be adjusted to taste. Use more or less sugar, and optionally combine with Honey or Syrups. Add more or less lemon juice or a pinch of citric acid to adjust the sourness. You can even add in tea bags for an Iced Lemon Tea. Freeze Tea into Ice Cubes and add to the Lemonade!
