Honey Garlic Chicken Quarters, Thighs, or Legs made with a Quick Honey Garlic Sauce. The Chicken is Oven Fried, but without any Oil, although you could if you wanted too for even crispier Chicken. Then a Quick Honey Garlic Sauce is made right on the spot and emptied over the Chicken before going back into the oven with the heat off to rest for 20 minutes, all while soaking that sauce up. The results are crispy Chicken pieces saturated with Honey Garlic Sauce and more of that sauce drizzled on top when serving. Serve this up with some Steamed White Rice or Chicken Fried Rice and scoop some of that Sauce with a spoonful of Rice for a Delicious Sweet Meal.
Preheat the oven to 425F with the rack in middle position. Combine the Salt & Pepper blend together and set aside.
Clean and trim the Chicken Quarters, and optionally chop to separate the thigh and leg. Season with Salt & Pepper and place them into the roasting pan, presentation side down.Transfer to the oven to cook for 30 minutes. Then baste with oil and flip the pieces over to baste again with oil and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Quick Honey Garlic Sauce by adding everything into a pot and bring it to a boil while mixing. Once it starts to boil, shut the heat off and leave it.
Strain out any excess Oil and baste with Honey Garlic Sauce, flip over (presentation side down) to baste the other side. Empty the remaining Honey Garlic Sauce over the Chicken. Place back into the oven, shut the oven heat off and let rest 20 minutes, before serving with the Honey Garlic Sauce spooned over the plated Chicken.
