Ingredients
Rotisserie Seasoning - for seasoning the burgers & to use in the Deluxe Sauce
2Hamburger Patties - Quarter pound
4SlicesBread
1LargeOnion
1LargeTomato
3DollopsFrench's Yellow Mustard
5DollopsKetchup - Heinz Chili Sauce or French's Ketchup
AsNeededMayo - for brushing the outside of the bread
Deluxe Sauce
1/4CMayo
1/4tspRotisserie Seasoning & White Vinegar
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the Deluxe Sauce and set aside. Prepare the Sliced Onion & Tomatoes.
Spread Mayo on slices of Bread and stack them on top of each other so that the mayo sides are in contact with each other.
With a Skillet heated up over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Place the Hamburger Patties in to sear for about 3 minutes, each side.Flip them over, season with Rotisserie Seasoning, and sear the other side. Flip over again just to season the other side and remove them.Deglaze the pan with water and clean it out, place it back on the burner over medium heat.
Assemble the Grilled Rotisserie Deluxe Burger One Slice with Mayo side down in contact with the pan Deluxe SauceSlice TomatoBurger PattySliced Onion with inner ringsHeinz Chili Sauce & MustardTop Bread slice, mayo side up, to come into contact with the pan when flipped.Grill for 1–2 minutes per side or until golden crisp and serve.
Notes
To make the burger Patties, combine 1 lb. of Cold Ground Beef with the below.
1 tsp Beef Powder
1/2 tsp MSG
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Toss the meat around, mixing lightly, and shape into Quarter Pound Patties. Place on a baking sheet. Flatten them out if needed so that they are slightly larger than the bread. Then freeze the Burger Patties.
