Preheat the Deep Fryer to 350 F. Take the Frozen Shrimp and weight out 1 lb or 454 g. Place into a bowl filled with Water. It will take about 10 minutes to thaw. Peel the Shrimp and save the shells in a ziploc bag and freeze.
Set out 3 Bowls. For the First one combine Seasoned Flour ingredients and set asideBowl 2 add Eggs and Water. Mix well and set aside.Bowl 3 add Panko Flakes
Coat the Shrimp in flour and shake off any excess. Place in Egg Wash and then Panko Flakes
Deep Fry at 350 F- 375 F for a couple minutes or until Golden Crisp. About 2-3 minutes or longer for Jumbo Shrimp.Lift the Basket up and drain off any excess grease. Empty into a Bowl and Salt the Shrimp to taste.
