The English Burger is a 90 g, Salt & Pepper Seasoned Hamburger Patty on a Buttered & Toasted English Muffins. Topped with Refrigerator Pickles made with English Cucumbers, Ketchup & Mustard with an English Burger Sauce made from Mayo, HP Sauce & Ketchup. Add other toppings as you see fit. Such as Bacon, Tomatoes, Onions and Lettuce.
Place Waxed Paper on a Plate to wrap the Burger when done.Combine the Salt & Pepper Blend to use for the Burger Patty and set aside.
Prepare the Toppings & Sauce to set aside.
Butter and Toast the English Muffin over medium heat and Sear the Patty and season with Salt & Pepper.
Assemble the Burger, starting with the CrownEnglish Burger SauceBacon if addingTomato Slice if addingPickled CucumbersBurger PattySliced OnionKetchup & Mustard on the Heel.Wrap and let sit 5 minutes or keep warm in the oven.

Refrigerator Pickles
The Refrigerator Pickles need to be made up at least a day in advance. In place of, you can slice English Cucumber and place them in a bowl with Salt & Pepper and a splash of White Vinegar.
