Cream Cheese Toast is a nice light lunch or snack to have and is made with toasted sourdough bread slathered with butter and cream cheese. Optionally with everything bagel seasoning sprinkled over the top and can include sliced cucumbers for a toasted cream cheese & cucumber sandwich. You can do the same with everything bagels slathered with herb & garlic cream cheese. Optionally with sliced cucumbers.

Ingredients
- 1 Slice Sour Dough Bread
- As Desired Butter
- As Desired Cream Cheese - Plain, Herb & Garlic or other flavors
- As Desired Everything Bagel Seasoning - Optional
- As Desired Sliced Cucumber - Optional
Instructions
- Slice the sourdough bread in half and place into the toaster to toast to your liking.
- Spread the desired amount of butter and cream cheese. Add sliced cucumbers to turn it into a toasted cream cheese & cucumber sandwich. Optionally sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over top.
