Shred the imitation Crab meat by hand or pulse in a food processor and add to a mixing bowl. Prepare and add in the Vegetables. Combine the Seafood Mayo ingredients and add to the bowl. Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Butter the Bread Slices and place the Crab Salad filling on top. Slice the Sandwich in half and serve with BBQ Ruffle Chips or another side.

Optionally add in either Parsley, Chives, Dill weed, Chili Flakes, Cayenne, Black, or White Pepper.
