This one, cleverly, uses Orange & Cherry Kool-Aid to derive the Color and Flavor. Best of all, this is a powdered version of a Delicious Cherry Red Sweet & Sour Sauce. Just combine the Dry ingredients and add to Water and a bit of Oil for sheen and make Instant Sweet & Sour Sauce.

1tspOrange Kool Aid
2tspOil
1/4tspCitric Acid
1/4tspChinese 5 Spice
1/4tspGinger

1/8tspCream of Tartar
Instructions
Combine All ingredients together. Whisk well and Bring to Boil until thickened. Stir often as it is heating up.
Notes
Combine all ingredients together except the Water & Oil and mix well. This can be stored away and used for on the spot Sweet and Sour Sauce.
