Instructions
Bacon: Place bacon on a pan sheet and into the oven at 400°F to crisp for about 13-15 minutes. Drain out the grease and save for other recipes. While the bacon is cooking, combine the salt & pepper blend and start toasting the bread and cooking the eggs.
Sausages: Heat the pan up over medium-high heat and wait until the pan is hot. Then add the round breakfast sausage patties to sear for about 2 minutes per side or until the juices run clear. Transfer them to a small plate and cover to keep warm.
Eggs: Place skillet on medium heat with a bit of bacon grease and let warm for about 3 minutes. Add four eggs & season with salt & pepper blend. Shut the heat off and cover with a lid. Leave the pan on the burner for a few minutes until the egg whites are firm but the yolk is still bright. About 3 minutes. Remove to plate and reheat the pan again over medium heat for the next four sunny-side-up eggs.
Toast: While the bacon, eggs, and sausages are cooking, move between toasting the bread and buttering them to transfer to the serving plates and tend to what is cooking.
