The Incredible thing about this Beef Tomato Soup, Is not only its flavor. Which is smooth, savory with a bit of smokiness and good amount of zest to it, that can be enjoyed all by itself or with a Grilled Cheese on the side, Crackers or a Sandwich. But that it is also used to make so many more other dishes. Including Shepherds Pie, GMT, or Goulash and serves as the base for at least four (4) other soups.

Notes
Reduce or add more Chickpea Flour for a thicker Soup. Add more water to thin it out as you see fit. 1 Can (284ml) of Campbell's Soup is just slightly over 1 Cup, or about 1 1/4 Cups. When using this soup base instead of Campbell's Soup, reduce the water to 2 Cups, maybe even a tad less, to ensure you have a filling that isn't too loose. Use this in place of 2 cans of Campbell's Vegetable Soup.
