Combine all the ingredients for the Seafood Mayo into a bowl. Strain all the juices out from the tuna and add it to the bowl with the Mayo. Mix well.
Brush sliced bread with Butter or Mayo on one side (This will be the outside). Optionally garnish with Parsley & Aleppo. Flip the bread slices so that both buttered or mayo covered surface are in contact.
Place the cheese on and 1/2 of the Tuna Filling. Place into the Panini Grill and cook until done to your liking, or toast in a pan over medium heat. Plate, Slice & Serve.
