Instructions
Clean and prep the chicken quarters, making sure to remove the internal organs from the backbone of the chicken quarters. With the Skin on or removed, score the chicken.
In a bowl large enough to hold all the chicken, combine the Yogurt, Oil, Lemon Juice, and Tandoori Masala, mix well and add the chicken to marinate for 2 hours or more.
Preheat the oven to 375 F and place chicken straight from the marinade unto a broiler pan, presentation side down. Optionally lined with tin foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, flip over and bake another 20 minutes. Shut the heat off but leave the chicken in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
